More and more researchers are using Litmaps in their work, both for search and visualization.

How to attribute Litmaps?

If you use Litmaps as a search tool or for visualization purposes, then include Litmaps as a reference, like the following:

Litmaps. (2024). Litmaps (Version 2024-10-3) [Search tool]. https://app.litmaps.com/

You can use the last release date as the version of Litmaps you used. You can check your version's release date by clicking "What's New" at the bottom left of the application.

Can I use visual Litmaps in my published work?

Yes, you may include Litmaps in your work. Litmaps are an excellent way to summarize the literature referenced in a research paper, as well as to communicate the connection among different topics in your field.

Be sure to use the built-in screenshot functionality in Litmaps to get the highest-quality image of your Litmap.
