Stay organized and keep track of your articles in Litmaps by using Workspaces.

All of your saved articles, Tags, and Maps are saved to a specific Workspace. So, when you want to start a new literature review or project, create a new Workspace to start from scratch.

How to make a new Workspace

Here's how to make a new Workspace in Litmaps:

  1. Log in to the Litmaps app

  2. Click on your current Workspace in the sidebar (above your Litmaps list)

  3. Click "New Workspace"

  4. Give your new Workspace a name and click "Done"

  5. All done!

Now, you can start exploring literature and Tagging articles within this new Workspace.

πŸ’‘ You can also stay organized with Litmaps Tags. Learn more here.

How to move Maps or Articles between Workspaces?

You can move articles between Workspaces from the Maps or Tags sections of the app.

From a Map, go to the list of Articles by clicking "Articles" at the top right. From a Tag, simply open that Tag to access the list of articles saved to it.

You can move articles from the Map or Tag to a new Workspace by:

  1. Select the articles you'd like to move

  2. Click the three dot option at the top right

  3. Click "Add To Workspace..."

  4. Select your desired Workspace at the top right of the new window

  5. Select the Litmap you'd like to switch to, or click Create Litmap to copy into a new one
